Prepare and maintain periodic budgets and forecasts on a regular basis.

Overseeing the daily functionality and efficiency of processes is essential to this role. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and the ability to optimize workflows while maintaining compliance with organizational policies. Prior experience in operations management or a related field is required, along with proficiency in relevant tools and methodologies to drive continuous operational excellence.

Develop and maintain the departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Manual, which outlines performance benchmarks, policies, procedures, and service standards essential for the seamless operation of the kitchen, ensuring full compliance with the Hotel’s established guidelines and municipal regulations.

Collaborate with the Senior Culinary team to drive the creation of innovative menus and product development initiatives, ensuring thorough analysis and precise costing are integral to the process.

Responsible for directing the planning and execution of impactful food promotions, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and drive consumer engagement.

Oversee the organization and cleanliness of departmental areas through weekly walkthroughs to ensure compliance with standards and maintain a professional environment.

Maintain rigorous food safety management protocols and strict adherence to hotel food hygiene and HACCP standards across all departmental operations.

Oversee and uphold food quality standards across all Outlets to ensure compliance with established guidelines and regulations.

All departmental reports, schedules, standard recipes, menus, food presentation photographs, and correspondence must be prepared with precision and submitted without delay.

To analyze market demands and emerging trends relevant to food menus, catering to both hotel guests and the local community.

Engage collaboratively with departmental leadership across relevant areas to cultivate and sustain productive professional relationships.

Build and maintain professional relationships with local community representatives and prospective guests as needed.

Conduct additional duties as assigned to support team objectives and operational effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to execute projects and initiatives in alignment with organizational goals. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required. Minimum of three years’ experience in IT support, network administration, or a comparable role is essential. Proficiency with Windows and Linux operating systems, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP networking protocols is mandatory. Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V, and cloud platforms like Azure or AWS is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset are crucial. Certifications such as Compton A+, Network+, or Security+ are preferred but not required.

A proven track record in culinary excellence within high-end brand environments, coupled with a keen awareness of evolving gastronomic trends, is essential.
