Diligently oversee alarm management systems to identify events, initiate and oversee trouble tickets, and ensure successful resolution of incidents.
Interact with suppliers to address and rectify incidents as they arise.
Deliver comprehensive incident management support by addressing and resolving all technical incidents at the initial level through systematic troubleshooting.
Ensure all service tickets within NetSuite are properly closed with accurate and complete data.
Support in the execution of scheduled engineering projects, particularly regarding service impact assessments and client communications.
Assess service-related concerns, issues, and challenges, and promptly escalate them to the Technical Assistance Center (TAC) and senior management for resolution and further action.
Maintain precise documentation, support auditing processes, and perform necessary data cleaning tasks as required.
Provide support to Field Engineers as needed, including tasks such as installation, patching, troubleshooting, testing, and inventory management.
Prepare ad hoc reports upon request to support various operational needs and decision-making processes.
Provide support to other departments and contribute to diverse projects as needed.
Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field, alongside at least three years of relevant professional experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is required, as is strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication abilities and the capacity to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with financial software or ERP systems is preferred, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while adhering to deadlines is essential.
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Information Technology is required.
Professional certifications such as CCNA/INDIA, ITIL, and MEF are required for this role.
