Additionally, this role involves conducting periodic performance assessments and delivering actionable feedback to support continuous improvement.

Inventory and cost control responsibilities include overseeing food and kitchen supply levels, guaranteeing the procurement of high-quality materials, proper storage practices, stock rotation, and minimizing waste. Additionally, you will manage food costs by implementing efficient ordering strategies, enforcing portion control measures, and reducing waste wherever possible. Accurate and up-to-date inventory records must be maintained at all times to ensure smooth operations.

Enforce rigorous compliance with food safety and sanitation protocols within the kitchen environment. Verify strict adherence to all local authority food safety regulations and guidelines.

Maintain exceptional food presentation and quality to consistently surpass guest expectations. Respond to guest feedback or concerns regarding food quality in a timely and professional manner.

Collaborate closely with the service team to uphold and enhance the overall guest experience. Engage in budgeting efforts and develop strategies to achieve the Guest House’s financial objectives. Work alongside sales and marketing teams to design and execute special events and promotional initiatives.

A minimum of three years of relevant professional experience is mandatory for this position, encompassing hands-on involvement in duties directly aligned with the specified field. Additionally, familiarity with industry-standard tools, methodologies, and best practices is essential to perform tasks with precision and efficiency.
