Expand market share while ensuring the stability and retention of the existing client base.

Responsible for maintaining rigorous budget oversight and optimizing cost management strategies to ensure financial efficiency and accountability.

Ensure full adherence to all relevant regulations issued by the RBA, CMA, CBK, and CDSC governing the delivery of custody services.

Drive the expansion and strategic oversight of KCB’s Facility Agency business, focusing on loan syndications, bond issuances, and other comparable capital markets transactions, in strict adherence to global industry best practices.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure strict compliance with established operational standards and procedures to maintain excellence in performance and reliability.

Accurate compilation and timely submission of all regulatory returns must be ensured in accordance with the specified deadlines.

Process all investment transactions in strict adherence to established market timelines and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely and accurate execution.

Responsible for ensuring the timely compilation and submission of reports for custody services clients, adhering strictly to established deadlines.

Ensure KCB maintains suitable representation and active involvement in all Client Board Meetings and Annual General Meetings.

Offer expert recommendations on optimal procedures to the Custody Services Units across all Subsidiaries.
