Position Summary
Our role extends far beyond merely facilitating seamless guest arrivals and departures—we aim to craft an unforgettable, one-of-a-kind experience tailored to each visitor. Our Guest Experience Experts proactively provide a diverse array of services, overseeing every aspect of a guest’s stay from start to finish. Empowered to navigate their environment freely, they take decisive action to meet needs as they arise. From managing operational tasks and resolving guest inquiries to compiling reports and highlighting local attractions, these experts ensure that even routine transactions contribute to an exceptional guest journey.
Regardless of role, success hinges on key priorities: fostering a secure work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, safeguarding confidential information, preserving company assets, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring professionalism in attire, personal presentation, and communication. Guest Experience Experts must be prepared for prolonged periods of mobility—whether standing, sitting, or walking—as well as physically engaging in tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and positioning objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance. Executing these responsibilities effectively (along with any other reasonable job-related duties as assigned) is essential for Guest Experience Experts to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold business excellence.
