The Finance Business Partner delivers strategic value by providing insightful analysis, constructive challenge, and actionable decision support. Collaborating closely with commercial and cross-functional teams, the position shapes strategic plans and financial forecasts, assesses investment opportunities, and drives initiatives that foster sustainable, profitable growth.

Oversee the primary duties, ensuring all tasks are executed in alignment with company standards and objectives. Manage the outlined responsibilities, maintaining high levels of efficiency and accuracy in performance.

Serve as a reliable financial advisor to commercial and cross-functional leaders, delivering strategic insights, constructive challenges, and data-driven recommendations to foster sustainable, profitable expansion.

Own financial performance oversight for designated brands and channels encompasses providing precise evaluations of actual results, identifying risks and opportunities, and projecting future performance.

Partner with Sales to develop and execute planning, target setting, and forecasting initiatives, including Latest Estimates, while maintaining clear assumptions and adhering to a consistent update schedule.

Oversee and manage trade investments and commercial expenditures in collaboration with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and accountability through robust governance and thorough post-evaluation processes.

Collaborate with marketing and trade marketing teams to assess A&P investments, ensuring thorough evaluation of ROI and effectiveness to enhance program outcomes.

Develop comprehensive business cases and profit-and-loss statements for initiatives related to innovation, portfolio management, and revenue optimization; facilitate informed go/no-go decision-making processes and monitor realized benefits.

Collaborate closely with the supply chain team to oversee product and logistics cost management, track cost of goods sold (COGS), and uncover opportunities for enhanced efficiency and cost reduction.

Produce management reports and conduct variance analysis against the established plan and budget, while collaborating with finance partners to facilitate period-end close activities.

Provide ad hoc analysis and project support to regional and commercial stakeholders as needed.

We are seeking candidates who possess a strong academic background in a relevant field, along with a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in the industry. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, as is the ability to analyze complex data sets and generate actionable insights. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to collaborate effectively across teams and present findings to stakeholders. Additionally, applicants should demonstrate problem-solving abilities, adaptability in dynamic environments, and a commitment to continuous professional development. Leadership experience or the capacity to mentor junior team members is highly desirable.

Essential

A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a closely related discipline is required.

Seeking candidates with a minimum of five to seven years of experience in finance, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and/or finance business partnering roles, preferably within fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or comparable complex industry environments.

Demonstrated expertise in technical finance, encompassing accounting standards, performance management, forecasting, ROI evaluation, and strategic analysis.

A strategic and analytical professional, adept at providing constructive challenges, distilling complexity into clear insights, and engaging senior stakeholders with compelling communication.

Operating effectively in intricate, matrixed, and global organizational structures, this role demands a collaborative mindset alongside a proactive approach, with the ability to work autonomously in high-velocity environments.

Proficiency in auditing, controlling, statutory accounting, and commercial spend management would be advantageous.
