The Role
This position is a leadership role responsible for one of the most critical business drivers: driving Greenspoon’s customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value growth.
You will be responsible for overseeing the comprehensive growth framework encompassing acquisition, retention, customer experience, campaign execution, customer journey optimization, performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, strategic partnerships, assortment expansion, and innovative commercial concepts to drive the next phase of scalable growth.
This position is designed for individuals seeking more than just campaign oversight; it requires the ability to analyze the entire customer journey, pinpoint the most impactful areas of opportunity, and create the infrastructure necessary to capitalize on them.
You will oversee a diverse team comprising marketing analysts, designers, and promoters while collaborating extensively with departments such as product, technology, commercial, operations, finance, and customer service.
This position is designed to transform campaign-driven growth into a structured, sustainable operational framework.
Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations, managing and mentoring a team of professionals, and maintaining accurate records of financial transactions and reports. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with cross-functional departments to streamline processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements, and implementing strategic initiatives to drive organizational growth. The position also requires fostering a positive work environment, addressing employee concerns, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
Develop and implement scalable customer acquisition strategies to attract high-quality customers through paid media, organic channels, strategic partnerships, referral programs, offline activations, and emerging growth opportunities.
Enhance customer retention and foster repeat purchases by taking ownership of the post-first-order experience. Elevate second-order conversion rates, boost 30-day engagement, increase purchase frequency, re-engage inactive customers, and maximize long-term customer value.
Drive performance marketing initiatives by overseeing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, email, WhatsApp, app channels, and other high-potential platforms. Analyze performance data to identify what strategies yield results, which approaches underperform, and where to allocate additional resources for maximum impact.
Design and implement lifecycle marketing strategies to enhance customer journeys using Breve and other marketing tools. Develop and optimize welcome flows, second-order flows, reactivation flows, win-back journeys, category journeys, loyalty journeys, and customer education programs to drive engagement and retention.
Our role involves shaping and presenting customer offers and positioning strategies to ensure our offerings resonate effectively across diverse customer segments. This encompasses highlighting convenience, premium quality, health-conscious products, competitive value, targeted discounts, a comprehensive supermarket assortment, and tailored category-specific incentives.
Growth analytics professionals should monitor key performance metrics, including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), conversion rates, retention, repeat purchase rates, second-order rates, Average Order Value (AOV), purchase frequency, Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), campaign payback periods, churn rates, and reactivation efforts. The role involves translating data insights into actionable strategies to drive growth and optimize performance.
Develop a robust testing framework for hooks, offers, landing pages, emails, advertisements, and customer communications to drive rapid learning and scalable growth for the team.
We enhance product and customer experience by collaborating closely with technology and product teams to streamline every stage of the customer journey. This includes optimizing checkout processes, refining search functionality, improving app usability, enhancing landing pages, refining category discovery mechanisms, simplifying payment flows, and fostering repeat purchase behavior.
Assortment-driven expansion is a key focus, requiring you to identify product, category, and business line opportunities that can either draw in new customers or enhance engagement with existing ones. Collaborate closely with the commercial team to transform these insights into actionable campaigns and compelling offers.
We seek an individual who excels at cultivating strategic partnerships and exploring innovative channels to attract high-quality customers while maintaining cost efficiency. The ideal candidate will proactively identify and forge alliances that align with our business objectives, ensuring sustainable growth. Additionally, they will evaluate emerging channels with a disciplined approach, balancing experimentation with measurable outcomes.
Seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in software development, system design, or a closely related area is required. Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or C++ is essential, along with familiarity with development frameworks and tools. Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills are also necessary. Experience with cloud platforms, DevOps practices, or cybersecurity is considered a plus.
