Provide support in preliminary baking preparation tasks to facilitate efficient workflow.
Provide assistance to the head baker throughout all stages of the production workflow.
Sanitize all baking equipment, utensils, and workstations to maintain optimal hygiene standards and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
Maintain impeccable cleanliness and stringent hygiene standards throughout the bakery environment.
Support the preparation and organization of ingredients and materials as needed.
Provide assistance with the packaging and organization of baked goods as required.

Perform all additional tasks as designated within bakery operations, ensuring seamless workflow and adherence to established procedures.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field; minimum of three years of experience in software development, preferably with a focus on full-stack development; proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript; familiarity with databases including SQL and NoSQL; solid understanding of software design principles, algorithms, and data structures; experience with version control systems like Git; strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Professional bakery or kitchen experience is an essential prerequisite for this role.
