What you’ll do:
You will support the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ’s), conduct site measurements, document material consumption, and oversee project expenditures. Additionally, you will assist in compiling quotations, managing subcontractor payments, documenting variations, and ensuring adherence to approved budgets. Collaboration with suppliers, site personnel, and clients will also be required as needed.

What we’re looking for:
A qualification in Quantity Surveying, Building Construction, or a relevant discipline, such as an associate or bachelor’s degree, is required.
A minimum of one year’s practical experience in quantity surveying or involvement in construction projects is required.
Proficiency in interior fit-out, joinery, or finishing works is particularly beneficial.
Demonstrated proficiency in numerical analysis and critical thinking, with an exceptional ability to identify subtle details often overlooked by others.
Proficient in interpreting technical and architectural drawings is essential.
A high degree of integrity, meticulous organizational skills, and the capacity to perform effectively in high-pressure environments are required.
Strong competency in Microsoft Excel and the broader MS Office suite is essential for this role.
