Prepare draft agendas and corresponding timetables for both board meetings and annual general meetings.

All statutory declarations must be submitted in strict compliance with applicable regulations and filing deadlines.

Maintain the accuracy and currency of the register of directors and secretary.

Assist the Company Secretary in facilitating the prompt distribution of Board documentation.

Prepare and submit all regulatory reports and correspondence in accordance with established deadlines and compliance standards.

Guarantee that all statutory filings are submitted promptly and in accordance with regulatory deadlines.

Conducting periodic evaluations of governance documents is essential to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational objectives.

Assist the Company Secretary with the compilation and distribution of board materials, among other associated duties.

Facilitate the development and implementation of training programs aimed at both newly appointed and current directors, focusing on corporate governance principles, director duties, and related responsibilities.

Provide assistance to the Company Secretary in advising the Board on matters pertaining to legal compliance, corporate governance, financial reporting, and tax obligations.

Job Qualifications: Candidates should possess strong analytical abilities and proficiency in data interpretation, along with excellent communication skills for reporting findings. Proficiency in statistical software, spreadsheet applications, and presentation tools is required. A minimum of three years of experience in a related field is necessary, along with a bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, or a related discipline. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is highly desirable. The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously is essential.
