Plan International seeks a seasoned and driven Deployable Gender-Based Violence (GBV) and Gender in Emergencies Specialist to enhance our global Core Surge Team.
In this position, you will be mobilized swiftly to global humanitarian crises—typically within 72 hours—to offer technical expertise and reinforce the integration of gender equality, inclusion, and protection from gender-based violence as core priorities in our emergency interventions.
You will operate at the core of crisis response efforts, collaborating with country teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, gender-transformative programs that address the needs of girls, young people, and vulnerable populations.
What You’ll Be Doing

Professional experience collaborating with United Nations entities, international nongovernmental organizations, nongovernmental organizations, or multi-agency coordination frameworks is required.
