General Position Summary

The Project Officer will facilitate the successful execution of the Future Fit Project, aiding in the fulfillment of high-caliber project initiatives centered on digital skills, green skills (with an emphasis on e-mobility), youth entrepreneurship, and employment opportunities. This position will deliver operational, coordination, and technical assistance to guarantee that project deliverables are completed punctually, within designated parameters, and in strict adherence to donor, partner, and organizational standards.

The role demands a self-driven individual with strong analytical skills and an entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with meticulous attention to detail. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to seamlessly integrate project assistance with diverse administrative duties.

This position is situated in Nairobi, Kenya, with regular travel to various field locations, comprising up to 30% of the total work schedule.

Partner with the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Specialist to design monitoring tools and measure impact outcomes effectively.

Aid in gathering, structuring, and verifying quantitative and qualitative data from partners, service providers, and beneficiaries.

Document and compile learning outcomes, success narratives, and best practices derived from project implementation for dissemination and reference purposes.

A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of three years of professional experience in a related discipline are required, along with proficiency in industry-standard software tools.
