Job Description

Responsibilities include managing all front office functions—such as reception, reservations, concierge, and guest relations—to consistently deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Oversee front office personnel, providing guidance, training, and encouragement to ensure adherence to five-star hospitality service standards.

Deliver exceptional service by addressing VIP guests, specific requests, and customer complaints with promptness and professionalism.

Ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes while upholding precise billing and accurate room assignments.

Collaborate effectively with housekeeping, food and beverage, and other relevant departments to guarantee smooth and uninterrupted guest service delivery.

To ensure optimal profitability, track room occupancy rates, generate daily revenue reports, and assess operational performance on an ongoing basis.

Ensure adherence to established hotel policies, safety protocols, and the prescribed standards of the hospitality industry.

Develop staff schedules, perform performance evaluations, and facilitate continuous employee development initiatives.

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related discipline is required for this role. Additionally, candidates should possess a minimum of three years of relevant experience in marketing, digital strategy, or campaign management. Strong analytical abilities, project management expertise, and proficiency in digital tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, or social media platforms are essential. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with creativity and a results-driven mindset, are also necessary to thrive in this position.

A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a comparable field is required.

A minimum of three to five years of hands-on experience in front office operations is required, with a preference for candidates who have worked in luxury or five-star hotel settings.

Demonstrates exceptional leadership ability, fosters clear and concise communication, and cultivates positive interpersonal relationships.

Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in customer service and adept problem-solving skills.

Demonstrated expertise in operating hotel management systems, including Opera PMS or comparable platforms, is essential.

Demonstrates strong resilience in high-pressure environments while efficiently juggling various responsibilities and priorities without compromising performance or quality.

A polished and professional demeanor, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.

The role requires availability to work varying shifts, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
