This position is a full-time, on-site Team Leader role dedicated to Parts Retail Sales in Nairobi. The selected candidate will lead retail parts sales activities, cultivate strong customer relations, and uphold superior service standards. Key duties involve directing the sales team, meeting sales objectives, evaluating market dynamics, and optimizing operational effectiveness. Additionally, the role encompasses addressing client inquiries, implementing sales initiatives, and partnering with leadership to foster business expansion.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. A minimum of three years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar technical role is necessary. Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing network infrastructure, and configuring operating systems is essential. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are critical for interacting with users and resolving technical challenges. Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and cloud services is preferred. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is mandatory.

A recognized institution must award a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field.

With a minimum of five years of dedicated experience in the automotive afterwales sector, you possess a demonstrated and verifiable track record of achieving sales targets.

With a minimum of two years of experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity, overseeing field sales teams, you will bring valuable expertise to this role.
