Job Description
Responsible for managing all front office functions—including reception, reservations, concierge, and guest relations—to deliver outstanding guest experiences consistently.
Oversee, instruct, and inspire front office personnel to uphold exceptional service standards aligned with five-star hospitality benchmarks.
Ensure VIP guests receive personalized attention and address special requests efficiently while resolving customer complaints with professionalism and urgency.
Deliver seamless check-in and check-out processes while ensuring precise billing and accurate room assignments.
Collaborate with housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments to facilitate flawless guest service delivery.
Track room utilization, daily revenue summaries, and overall operational efficiency to optimize financial gains.
Ensure adherence to established hotel policies, safety protocols, and accepted hospitality industry standards at all times.
Develop and manage staff schedules, perform performance appraisals, and facilitate continuous employee growth initiatives.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a closely related discipline is required.
Requires a minimum of three to five years of hands-on experience in front office operations, ideally within a luxury or five-star hotel setting.
Demonstrates exceptional leadership capabilities, fosters clear and effective communication, and excels in building strong interpersonal relationships.
Proven expertise in delivering exceptional customer service with adept problem-solving skills.
Seeking candidates with strong expertise in hotel management systems, including Opera PMS and comparable software platforms.
Demonstrates strong composure in high-pressure environments while efficiently juggling multiple priorities with precision and adaptability.
Professional demeanor and meticulous attention to detail are essential.
Required to possess flexibility in work scheduling, including the ability to accommodate shifts, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
