Job Summary
We are in search of a dependable, detail-oriented, and client-centered Cashier/Receptionist to enhance our team. Process cash, Mesa, bank, and other payment transactions with precision and care.
Prepare and distribute official receipts while ensuring meticulous maintenance of accurate payment records.
Oversee petty cash funds and conduct daily cash reconciliation procedures.
Respond to customer inquiries received via phone calls and emails, ensuring timely and professional communication.
Oversee the organization and upkeep of front office filing systems and documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Provide support in coordinating and managing the scheduling of appointments and meetings.
Draft reports and perform various administrative duties as required.
Maintain a clean and orderly reception area at all times.
Facilitate seamless interaction among clients, tenants, suppliers, and management to ensure clear and consistent exchanges of information.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is required, along with at least three years of hands-on experience in a similar role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills, are essential. Excellent communication and organizational abilities, along with the capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, are also necessary. Knowledge of relevant regulations, compliance standards, and best practices is a must. Additionally, demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to mentor junior team members are preferred.
A Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Accounting, or Front Office Operations is required, with a CPA Part I qualification considered advantageous.
Previous experience in cashiering, reception duties, customer service, or office administration would be highly beneficial.
Proficiency in fundamental accounting principles and computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office and Excel, is required.
