Our prestigious high-end Golf Club in Nairobi is seeking a polished, customer-focused Receptionist and Waiters to strengthen its team.
REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of five years of relevant professional experience is required, with at least two years in a leadership or supervisory role. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is mandatory, though an advanced degree is strongly preferred. Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the capacity to work effectively in a team environment. Familiarity with project management methodologies and regulatory compliance standards is a must.
A diploma or degree in Secretarial Studies, Front Office Management, Hospitality Management, or an equivalent discipline is required.
With a minimum of two years’ experience in a front desk or receptionist capacity—ideally within a luxury hospitality setting—you bring a polished, guest-focused approach to every interaction.
Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office applications and demonstrating strong computer literacy skills.
Proficient in front office operations and customer service management, with a deep understanding of operational workflows and client relations.
Proficient in utilizing front office equipment and operating payment processing machines, including PDQ terminals, with a strong focus on efficiency and accuracy in transactions.
Proficient in both English and Kiswahili, with strong abilities in verbal and written communication.
A polished and professional demeanor, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and a strong commitment to customer service define the ideal candidate.

The position requires adherence to a structured work schedule, with specific hours that may include early mornings, late evenings, weekends, or holidays, depending on operational demands. Shift 1 operates from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
The second shift runs from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join our team in Nairobi. The ideal candidate will operate from our Nairobi office and must be fully committed to fulfilling all specified duties and responsibilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong analytical skills, and exceptional communication abilities are essential requirements for this role. Additionally, the candidate should possess at least three years of relevant work experience in the specified field. The position involves conducting market research, preparing detailed reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.
A gross monthly salary of Ash 40,000 is offered for this position.
