Our prestigious high-end golf club in Nairobi is actively recruiting a polished, professional Receptionist and Waitstaff to enhance its exceptional service standards. The ideal candidates must exhibit a strong customer-centric approach, impeccable presentation, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Must have a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Three years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or a similar role is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and LOOKUP, is required. Familiarity with ERP systems and financial modeling is highly valued. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines are crucial. Excellent communication skills to present findings to stakeholders are necessary.

A diploma or degree in Secretarial Studies, Front Office Management, Hospitality Management, or a comparable discipline is required.

A minimum of two years of professional experience in a front-office or receptionist capacity, ideally within a luxury hospitality setting, is required.

Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office applications, demonstrating strong computer literacy skills.

Proficient in overseeing front office functions and delivering exceptional customer service, with a strong command of operational and managerial best practices.

Proven ability to operate front office equipment efficiently, including payment processing machines such as PDQ terminals, ensuring seamless transaction handling.

Fluent proficiency in both spoken and written English and Kiswahili is required.

Professional demeanor, outstanding communication abilities, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction are essential.

Demonstrates exceptional capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining meticulous organizational standards.

Demonstrated ability to uphold strict confidentiality and maintain professional conduct consistently.

The position requires adherence to a structured work schedule, ensuring consistent availability during designated hours to fulfill job responsibilities and meet organizational objectives.

The first shift extends from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM daily.

The second shift runs from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM daily.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to fill a critical role based in Nairobi. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in the relevant field, along with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in similar positions. The gross salary for this position is Ash 40,000 per month.
