JOB PURPOSE

Ensure precise pricing for new transport ventures by collaborating seamlessly with Third-Party Service Providers (3PSPs) and upholding meticulously organized, regulation-compliant distribution records.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

We are seeking a dynamic Pricing Analyst to develop and implement strategic pricing strategies that maximize profitability and market competitiveness. The ideal candidate will analyze market trends, evaluate customer behavior, and assess competitive positioning to recommend optimal pricing structures. Responsibilities include conducting data-driven pricing analyzes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align pricing with business objectives, and monitoring performance metrics to refine pricing models. Proficiency in pricing software, statistical analysis, and advanced Excel skills are required, along with a strong understanding of economic principles and market dynamics. A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field is preferred, and prior experience in pricing or revenue management is highly advantageous. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential to effectively present insights and influence key stakeholders.

Prepare precise and prompt quotations for prospective transport service contracts.

Collaborate with three third-party service providers to confirm pricing, available capacity, and estimated delivery timelines.

Evaluate cost inputs meticulously to identify and mitigate pricing inaccuracies, thereby safeguarding profit margins.

Responsible for creating, organizing, and maintaining accurate and comprehensive documentation, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible. Reviews and updates existing documents to reflect changes in processes, policies, or regulations. Ensures compliance with organizational standards and industry requirements. Collaborates with various departments to gather and verify information, resolving discrepancies as needed. Maintains a systematic filing system to facilitate efficient retrieval of documents. Assists in training staff on proper documentation practices and procedures.

Verify that drivers submit fully completed and signed Proof of Delivery documents and invoices, while confirming the accuracy of all handover forms.

Monitor receipt of Proof of Delivery (POD) submissions, evaluate any delays in processing, and promptly escalate instances of non-compliance to the appropriate stakeholders.

Responsible for examining POD’s to identify and address incomplete or disputed records while ensuring all cases are closed promptly.

Accurately input delivery records into the system while conducting thorough checks to confirm the completeness and accuracy of each entry.

Professionally review and digitally file executed Proofs of Delivery to ensure immediate access for audit purposes.

Field inquiries regarding documentation from both internal teams and clients.

Ensure meticulous organization of both physical and digital archives, with robust backup procedures implemented to safeguard data integrity and accessibility.

Perform regular audits to detect compliance risks and documentation deficiencies.

Develop and execute corrective measures to address any deficiencies in POD’s, including instances where they are absent or incomplete.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role involves providing detailed updates on departmental performance, project milestones, and key metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives. The position requires regular communication with senior leadership to discuss progress, address challenges, and recommend improvements. Strong analytical skills and the ability to present data clearly are essential for translating complex information into actionable insights. Additionally, this role supports strategic decision-making by preparing reports, analyzing trends, and identifying opportunities for efficiency and growth.

Prepare and submit daily reports documenting any pending Proof of Delivery (POD) items.

Prepare and deliver daily status updates to Transportation Service Providers (TSPs) regarding pending deliveries.

Prepare and submit weekly POD summary reports, including scanned copies, to clients.

Compile and submit weekly reports assessing delivery efficiency and proof-of-delivery (POD) metrics to evaluate operational performance.

Monthly billing reports are forwarded to the Finance department for invoicing purposes.

Compile and finalize POD (Proof of Delivery) documentation in preparation for audit evaluations and client inspections.

Document any instances of unsafe equipment handling and ensure documentation zones remain clean and organized at all times.

Assist drivers in executing precise docking maneuvers while ensuring the highest standards of vehicle safety throughout the process.

Provide guidance to new employees regarding documentation protocols and safety guidelines to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

Facilitate effective communication and foster collaborative efforts to ensure seamless workflows and cohesive team dynamics. Build and maintain strong working relationships across departments to enhance project outcomes and streamline processes. Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills to resolve conflicts, align objectives, and promote a culture of openness and mutual respect. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, along with a valid Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Minimum of five years of progressive experience in structural design, analysis, and project management, preferably within a consulting or construction environment.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Refit, SAP2000, or STABS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail in calculations and design deliverables.
