Job Summary

The Assistant Food & Beverage Supervisor will play a pivotal role in enhancing the performance of all dining venues and food & beverage outlets by ensuring outstanding guest service, operational excellence, revenue expansion, and strict adherence to company policies. This position will involve supervising restaurant managers, outlet supervisors, and service teams, managing service delivery processes, upholding quality benchmarks, and contributing to the achievement of financial and operational goals.

Prior experience with calendar management, travel coordination, and event planning is a plus.

A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related discipline is required.

A minimum of three to five years of hands-on experience in food and beverage operations is required, including at least one to two years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.

Exhibits exceptional leadership capabilities alongside proficiency in managing and motivating teams effectively.

Proficiency in delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining effective communication skills is essential.

Possesses a solid grasp of restaurant operations, including proficiency with POS systems and inventory management practices.
