Serve as the key liaison for client inquiries, delivering prompt and impactful communication regarding critical developments, adjustments in rates, and policy updates for your designated accounts.

The sales team provides reports and feedback on opportunities as well as the fulfillment of Ocean and Landside contracts, establishing a continuous loop of communication and evaluation.

Regularly evaluate customer advancement toward defined objectives and ensure the achievement of desired outcomes in adoption, usage, business value, friction reduction, and overall relationship strength.

Support client engagement initiatives by collaborating with the Sales team to conduct customer visits and interactions, thereby gaining deeper insights into their business operations and specific needs to better address and fulfill them.

As a customer advocate, your primary responsibility is to promptly address customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues by utilizing available resources throughout the organization.

Oversee the allocation process while collaborating with customers to ensure adherence to committed deliverables.

Oversee the tender handling and contracting process while collaborating closely with Tender Contract Management (TCM) to guarantee the submission of thorough and competitive proposals to customers.

Coordinate the L&S Quoting and Contracting process in collaboration with key stakeholders.

Contract renewals and management must be carried out promptly to ensure compliance and continuity.

Foster strong relationships with customers throughout the entire engagement process, from initial contract management to ensuring their ongoing performance and satisfaction.

Oversee the distribution and execution of contractual obligations, both internally and externally.

Assist in resolving issues and facilitate transactional activities aimed at achieving ITS (One Team Sales) objectives.

Proficiency in the Reefer and FMCG sectors is required.
