The Assistant Food & Beverage Supervisor will oversee the seamless functioning of all dining venues and food & beverage outlets, ensuring outstanding guest experiences, operational excellence, revenue enhancement, and strict adherence to company policies. Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills. Must be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a closely related discipline is required for this position.
A minimum of three to five years of hands-on experience in food and beverage operations is required, including at least one to two years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
Demonstrates exceptional leadership capabilities and proven expertise in managing high-performing teams.
Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain clear, effective communication.
Demonstrates a solid grasp of restaurant operations, point-of-sale systems, and inventory management practices.
