Oversee and execute core duties encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and team leadership to drive organizational success. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and initiatives that enhance efficiency, productivity, and compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals, optimize resources, and foster innovation. Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and recommend data-driven solutions to achieve key objectives. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of quality and accountability across all operations.

Collaborate with the team to facilitate seamless daily operations within the company restaurant, ensuring efficient kitchen and front-of-house functions.

Provide assistance with food preparation, meal arrangement, and serving duties while upholding stringent cleanliness and hygiene standards consistently.

Furnish support in organizing internal company gatherings, corporate events, and dining arrangements for company executives, visitors, and guests, maintaining an elevated standard of hospitality excellence.

Ensure all kitchen, dining, and front-of-house areas are consistently clean and well-organized, meticulously arranging supplies, utensils, and tableware in their designated locations.

Assist in deploying 6S management methodologies to maintain a clean, secure, and well-organized workplace.

Coordinate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure efficient food service, smooth workflow, and timely meal delivery.

Provide support in overseeing food handling operations and verifying adherence to hygiene and safety regulations.

Oversee the meticulous setup and arrangement of dining spaces to accommodate meetings, corporate events, and exclusive hospitality occasions.

Responsible for the careful management, secure storage, and accurate accountability of all kitchen supplies and equipment.

We are seeking a highly motivated candidate with a minimum of three years of relevant experience in a similar role. The ideal applicant must possess strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and advanced data analysis tools is essential. Additionally, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels. A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is mandatory. The ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs is crucial for success in this position.

A diploma or degree in Food Production, Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related discipline is required.

A minimum of five years of experience in the hotel, restaurant, hospitality services, or kitchen support sectors is required.

Proven understanding of food preparation principles, adherence to hygiene protocols, and commitment to hospitality industry standards.

Exceptional ability to collaborate effectively within a team and convey ideas clearly.

Must demonstrate the capability to thrive in a high-pressure, dynamic setting while effectively managing and prioritizing multiple responsibilities with efficiency.

Good organizational skills and attention to cleanliness.
