We are seeking a highly motivated candidate with a minimum of three years of relevant experience in a similar role. The ideal applicant must possess strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and advanced data analysis tools is essential. Additionally, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels. A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is mandatory. A diploma or degree in Food Production, Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related discipline is required.
A minimum of five years of experience in the hotel, restaurant, hospitality services, or kitchen support sectors is required.
Proven understanding of food preparation principles, adherence to hygiene protocols, and commitment to hospitality industry standards.
Exceptional ability to collaborate effectively within a team and convey ideas clearly.
