Job Summary
The Food & Beverage Manager will oversee all food and beverage operations while ensuring an outstanding guest experience. This position involves managing the daily internal workflow of both the kitchen and restaurant, as well as spearheading the sales and planning of hotel events. The ideal candidate will adeptly forecast, strategize, coordinate, lead, monitor, and assess all food and beverage operations to uphold efficiency, maintain high standards, and maximize profitability.

Responsibilities and essential job functions encompass, but are not limited to, the following:
Oversee all food and beverage (F&B) functions, as well as daily operations, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints while maintaining the highest standards of quality and excellence.
Deliver outstanding internal and external customer service standards consistently.
Craft exceptional and memorable culinary experiences for guests, both within the restaurant setting and across the diverse events hosted at the hotel.
To drive profitability, implement rigorous cost control measures while strategically increasing sales and revenue by prioritizing customer satisfaction and fostering high levels of employee engagement.
Develops, organizes, and executes comprehensive training programs to ensure all departmental staff receive consistent and effective instruction.
Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations while overseeing the creation of innovative menu designs, managing procurement of goods, and implementing continuous enhancements to operations.
Determine customer requirements and promptly address any issues they raise throughout the service process.
Seeking a candidate with proficiency in project management methodologies, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint is preferred. Experience with budget tracking, risk assessment, and resource allocation is highly valued. The ideal applicant should possess excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently as well as in a team. A bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field is required, and relevant certifications such as PMP or CAP Mare advantageous.
Proven experience of no less than three years in food and beverage management at a supervisory level or above, ideally within a three-star hotel or higher-rated establishment, is required. Candidates should possess a Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or a related discipline.
Strong leadership skills, coupled with a proven capacity for team management and strategic delegation, are essential for this role. Candidates must exhibit a track record of efficiently juggling multiple responsibilities while consistently achieving financial objectives.
Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service coupled with robust problem-solving capabilities.
Exceptional proficiency in both verbal and written communication, coupled with the ability to build strong, collaborative relationships, is essential.
Individuals should demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for the food and beverage sector, coupled with a current understanding of emerging industry developments.
Proficiency in beverage-related matters serves as an additional asset.
Demonstrates outstanding capability in organizing tasks and effectively distributing responsibilities among team members.
