The role encompasses financial accounting responsibilities alongside treasury functions. Compiles and processes Mesa payment vouchers for authorization and disbursement.

The incumbent provides assistance to the finance team by managing the filing and archiving of documents, ensuring the protection and security of financial records while facilitating quick and efficient retrieval when needed.

Compiles the General Ledger and Offline Cash Spreadsheets (PLACES), maintaining meticulous accuracy in charge code assignments.

Assists in executing the monthly bank reconciliation process to ensure accuracy and alignment of financial records.

Processes monthly payroll statutory deductions for submission to regulatory authorities.

Compiles and organizes the General Ledger and Cash Offline Spreadsheet to facilitate their entry into the financial system.

Ensure finance documents are promptly uploaded and securely stored within the document management system (DMS) to maintain compliance and accessibility.

Conducts weekly reconciliations of individual accounts and balance sheet accounts, compiling detailed schedules for submission to the Finance Officer for review.

Compiles necessary adjustments and reallocation journals to ensure accurate financial records.

Collaborates effectively with audit-related obligations, providing support as required to ensure compliance and thoroughness throughout the audit process.

Ensures strict adherence to SCI rules and regulations in the daily performance of job responsibilities.

Performs additional assignments as directed by the supervisor, ensuring alignment with established priorities and operational needs.

Others

Ensuring manual payments are accurately entered into Pro-Save and subsequently approved for disbursement.

Assist in ensuring financial supporting documents are archived correctly and efficiently.
