Oversee a comprehensive range of duties encompassing project management, stakeholder coordination, and operational execution to ensure seamless workflows and adherence to strategic objectives. Develop and implement detailed project plans, allocate resources efficiently, and monitor progress to guarantee timely completion while maintaining high standards of quality. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by serving as a liaison between teams, departments, and external partners to align efforts and resolve discrepancies. Conduct thorough risk assessments, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies. Prepare and present reports on project status, performance metrics, and key deliverables to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering professional growth and enhancing team capabilities through targeted training and constructive feedback.

Finance Intern is a temporary role within the Finance Department, reporting directly to the Finance Controller. Primary duties include supporting financial operations, assisting with budget preparation, and conducting data analysis to enhance reporting accuracy. Additionally, the intern will collaborate with various teams to gather financial information, prepare reconciliations, and participate in month-end closing processes. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in Excel and financial software. This position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate finance while contributing to key financial initiatives.

Occasionally aiding in resolving customer order delays to maintain efficient and on-time order fulfillment.

Providing support for payment posting functions and allocation processes to guarantee precise recording and reconciliation of client payments.

Bank reconciliation, along with the management of staff debtors and supplier accounts, is a key responsibility.

Responsibilities include processing and uploading payments into the SUN system, followed by accurate allocation of funds.

Collaborate closely with the Finance Controller to ensure the timely and precise preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Profile

A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.

Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office applications with a strong command of essential tools and features.

Proficient in the English language, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
