Oversee and execute critical duties, including managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to company policies. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and drive organizational growth. Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and foster a collaborative work environment. Collaborate with senior leadership to align departmental objectives with overall business goals. Maintain accurate records, prepare detailed reports, and communicate progress to stakeholders as needed. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes and deliver exceptional results.

Assist entrepreneurs in navigating the loan application process while verifying the completeness of all necessary documentation.

Gather, structure, and validate financial and business data to support loan evaluation processes.

Compile precise financial and operational information into designated portfolio management systems efficiently and systematically.

Monitor loan repayments and initiate follow-up actions via phone calls, text messages, or on-site business visits as necessary.

Compile and present repayment progress reports, dynamic dashboards, and detailed portfolio assessments for stakeholders.

Maintain digital loan records in an organized manner to ensure compliance, support audit processes, and facilitate accurate reporting.

Partner with program teams to deliver valuable business insights and assist in advancing financial literacy projects.

Offer comprehensive administrative assistance, such as organizing and coordinating assessments, meetings, and investment committee documentation.

Requirements

A degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a closely related discipline, either at the diploma or bachelor’s level, is required.

Demonstrates a foundational knowledge of financial statements and the ability to analyze cash flows effectively.

Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in both written and oral communication, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in conveying ideas and information.

Meticulous attention to detail and a steadfast commitment to maintaining data accuracy are essential for this role.

Effectively prioritizes tasks and manages time efficiently while maintaining high organizational standards.

Demonstrates a high level of professionalism, maintains unwavering integrity, and effectively collaborates within a team dynamic.

Proficiency in collaborating with entrepreneurs or small and medium-sized enterprises is highly beneficial.
