The Finance Business Partner delivers strategic value by providing insightful analysis, constructive challenge, and decisive support to drive performance. Working in close collaboration with commercial and cross-functional leaders, this role is responsible for developing plans and forecasts, assessing investment opportunities, and facilitating sustainable profitable growth.

Oversee a diverse range of critical tasks, including managing daily operations, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance. Collaborate with senior leadership to align departmental goals with organizational objectives, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, identify areas for enhancement, and implement corrective actions as needed. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and resolving escalated issues promptly. Serve as a reliable financial advisor to commercial and cross-functional leadership teams, delivering strategic insights, constructive feedback, and data-driven recommendations to foster sustainable and profitable growth.

Deliver comprehensive financial performance management for designated brands and channels, providing insightful analysis of actual results, potential risks, and growth opportunities, along with a forward-looking perspective.

Collaborate with the Sales team to establish, set, and forecast targets—including Latest Estimates—while maintaining clear assumptions and adhering to a consistent update schedule.

Oversee, monitor, and manage trade investments and commercial expenditures in collaboration with critical stakeholders; ensure governance and conduct thorough post-evaluation assessments.

Collaborate with marketing and trade marketing teams to assess A&P investments, focusing on ROI analysis and effectiveness tracking to enhance program results.

Develop business cases and profit-and-loss projections for initiatives focused on innovation, portfolio optimization, and revenue management; facilitate go/no-go decision-making processes and track realized benefits.

Collaborate with the supply chain team to oversee product and logistics expenditures, track cost of goods sold (COGS), and uncover opportunities for enhanced efficiency and cost reduction.

Prepare management reporting and conduct variance analysis against the plan and budget; support period-end close activities in collaboration with finance partners.

Provide ad hoc analytical support and project assistance to regional and commercial stakeholders as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive set of qualifications and skills, including a relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in the field. Proficiency in industry-standard software, tools, and methodologies is essential, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities. Experience with project management, data analysis, or specialized technical expertise may be required, depending on the role. Essential

A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a closely related discipline is required.

5–7 years of proven expertise in finance, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), or finance business partnering roles, preferably within fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or comparable complex industry environments.

Experienced candidates should demonstrate strong proficiency in financial technical skills, encompassing expertise in accounting principles, performance measurement, financial forecasting, return on investment (ROI) assessment, and strategic financial analysis.

A strategic and analytical professional, adept at constructively challenging ideas, simplifying intricate issues, and engaging in clear, effective communication with senior stakeholders.

Proven ability to thrive in intricate, matrixed, and global organizational structures, demonstrating strong collaboration skills and a proactive mindset while comfortably functioning autonomously in dynamic, high-pressure environments.

Proficiency in auditing, financial control, statutory accounting, and commercial expenditure management is beneficial.
