The Finance Business Partner propels organizational success by delivering strategic insights, constructive challenge, and actionable decision support. Through close collaboration with commercial and cross-functional leadership, this position not only develops robust plans and forecasts but also rigorously assesses investments, ensuring sustainable, profitable expansion.

Oversee a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and team leadership to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently and effectively. Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional collaboration, fostering alignment between departments to streamline processes and enhance productivity. Develop, implement, and monitor policies, procedures, and performance metrics to maintain high standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations. Serve as a reliable finance advisor to commercial and cross-functional leaders, offering strategic insights, constructive challenges, and data-driven recommendations to fuel sustainable, profitable growth.

Own the financial performance management for designated brands and channels by providing insightful analysis of actual results, identifying potential risks and opportunities, and delivering a forward-looking perspective.

Partner with Sales to establish plans, set targets, and develop forecasts—including Latest Estimates—while maintaining clear assumptions and providing consistent status updates.

Oversee, monitor, and coordinate trade investments and commercial expenditures in collaboration with key stakeholders, while establishing governance frameworks and conducting post-evaluation assessments.

Collaborate closely with marketing and trade marketing teams to assess A&P investments, focusing on ROI evaluation and effectiveness tracking to enhance program performance.

Develop comprehensive business cases and Pals to evaluate innovation, portfolio, and revenue management initiatives; provide critical support for go/no-go decisions and track realized benefits.

Collaborate with the supply chain team to oversee product and logistics expenditures, track cost of goods sold (COGS), and uncover opportunities for improved efficiency and cost reduction.

Provide management reporting and conduct variance analysis against established plans and budgets, while participating in period-end close processes alongside finance partners.

Provide ad hoc analysis and project support to regional and commercial stakeholders as needed.

Seeking candidates who possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of three years of professional experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is required, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effectively collaborating with teams and stakeholders. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is a plus. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a keen attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.

Essential

A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline is required.

We seek candidates with 5 to 7 years of professional experience in finance, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), or finance business partnering, preferably in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or comparable complex industries.

Solid expertise in technical finance is required, encompassing accounting principles, performance management, forecasting, return on investment assessment, and strategic analysis.

A strategic and analytical problem-solver who excels at thoughtfully challenging the status quo, distilling intricate concepts into clear insights, and engaging senior stakeholders with compelling communication.

Proven ability to thrive in intricate, matrixed, and global organizational structures while demonstrating strong collaboration skills, a proactive mindset, and the capacity to work autonomously in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Expertise in auditing, internal controls, statutory accounting, and commercial expenditure management is highly beneficial.
