Delivering hands-on guidance and oversight to junior field engineers in the execution of daily well site operations and associated tasks.
Delivering guidance and support to external clients and third-party well site associates as needed.

To excel in this position, you will need to demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:
A Bachelor’s degree in a field such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics is required.
Seeking a Drilling Operations professional with a minimum of two years of experience in the role of a Directional Driller (DD) supervisor.
Preferred experience in differential diagnosis (DDR) is highly desirable.
Proficient in the execution and implementation of drilling operations and their associated applications.
Capable of determining the most suitable product and service solutions for both straightforward and intricate applications.
Possesses the capability to function effectively within a global matrix organizational structure.
Demonstrate exceptional proficiency in both verbal and written communication, as well as the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
Demonstrates outstanding organizational capabilities, analytical thinking, and adept problem-solving abilities.
Capable of traveling as needed, which may include visits to rig sites, customer facilities, meetings, and training sessions.
