This position collaborates closely with the Operations Officer to uphold optimal guard force performance by strategically deploying personnel, maintaining disciplined operations, overseeing digital attendance tracking, and ensuring meticulous record-keeping. It guarantees consistent service excellence, uninterrupted operational flow, and adherence to corporate policies and standards across all assigned locations.

Oversee the day-to-day deployment of guards to guarantee that all assigned posts are fully staffed and operational.
Duty rosters, daily attendance records, off-duty schedules, and leave plans for all guards must be diligently prepared and maintained.
Oversee suspended accounts by maintaining a current Suspended Offenders Registry and facilitating prompt recovery actions.
Daily verification of guard attendance must be conducted by performing physical inspections and completing mandatory digital QR code scans.
Ensure that all guards maintain valid name tags equipped with QR codes, which must be worn visibly and kept current at all times.
To uphold digital compliance standards, conduct thorough scans at all duty stations, including duty, off-duty, and patrol points, ensuring complete reporting accuracy.
Perform routine on-site supervisory assessments to evaluate grooming, adherence to uniform protocols, discipline levels, and overall duty preparedness.
Ensure all guards consistently comprehend and adhere to standard operating procedures as well as any instructions specific to their assigned duties.
Identify and document discipline cases at the assignment level, ensuring compliance with established company procedures, and take appropriate action to resolve them.
Promptly elevate any disciplinary matters to the Operations Officer and Area Manager for subsequent review and resolution.
Deliver comprehensive assistance to investigations through the meticulous preparation of precise incident and disciplinary reports that accurately document factual details.
Monitor assignment conditions vigilantly and promptly escalate any incidents, potential risks, or security concerns to the control room for immediate assessment and action.
Consistently engage with clients in your designated area to gather their input and promptly elevate any concerns for resolution.
Ensure service excellence by upholding professionalism among guards and consistently meeting client expectations.
Ensure the assigned motorbike is operated and maintained with full responsibility, including regular upkeep and immediate reporting of any defects.
Verify that guards’ uniforms, QR tags, and equipment remain in optimal condition and are promptly replaced as needed.
Ensure precise record-keeping by updating deployment sheets, checklists, OB summaries, digital logs, and client feedback.
Compile, review, and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Operations Officer for review and analysis.
Provide assistance in maintaining operational continuity and executing emergency response protocols at the designated assignment level as instructed.
Execute additional responsibilities as lawfully directed by the Operations Officer or senior management to enhance operational effectiveness.
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, along with at least three years of professional experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and organizational skills are necessary to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is also crucial.
A diploma in Business Administration, Security Management, or a closely related field is required.
Possession of a valid Class F and G riding license is mandatory.
