Responsibilities include strategizing, coordinating, and managing daily facilities operations across all branches, offices, and support facilities.
Implement and oversee planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and corrective maintenance programs for a comprehensive range of building systems, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire and safety systems, generators, inverters, cold rooms, hybrid inverters, solar systems, AIRS, UPS, lifts, water treatment plants, and precision cooling units.
Maintain facilities in optimal condition to guarantee security and operational readiness, thereby supporting seamless banking services without interruption.
Responsible for managing contract administration, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring adherence to service level agreements to deliver optimal value and maintain high service standards.
Ensure strict adherence to all applicable statutory, regulatory, and industry-specific requirements, including those set forth by OSHA, FEMA, Public Health standards, fire safety protocols, and building codes.
Develop and oversee health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs to ensure consistent implementation across all company facilities. Regularly evaluate and track the effectiveness of these initiatives to maintain compliance with regulatory standards and promote operational excellence.
Facilitate internal and external audits while ensuring prompt resolution of audit findings pertaining to facilities management.
Develop and oversee annual facility budgets, forecasts, and cost-control strategies to ensure financial efficiency and operational effectiveness.
Monitor facility-related expenditures to detect avenues for cost reduction and operational efficiency enhancements.
Evaluate and authorize facility invoices and payment requests, ensuring alignment with approved budgets and contractual agreements.
Facilitate the advancement of energy efficiency, water conservation, and sustainability efforts as part of facilities operations.
Facilitate the development and execution of Business Continuity strategies with a focus on facilities and infrastructure.
Produce periodic management reports analyzing facilities performance, associated costs, compliance status, and risk exposure.
Engage with branch management, business units, regulators, landlords, and service providers to address facilities-related matters, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders.
