Facilitate the gathering of data to support monitoring and evaluation initiatives across all thematic programs, projects, and functional departments.
Guarantee the precision and reliability of data to facilitate robust monitoring and assessment of the institution’s strategic goals.
Support the evaluation of data to monitor the effectiveness of programs, projects, and functional departments.
Support the enhancement of the Reporting Matrix by documenting and tracking project advancements within the ERP system.
Assist in compiling and preparing reports derived from gathered data, monitoring the advancement and effectiveness of programs, projects, and operational departments to ensure alignment with the institution’s strategic goals.
Interpret and convey the findings and effects derived from quantitative and qualitative data analysis across programs, projects, and functions in a clear, structured, and impactful manner.
Execute additional duties as needed by management from time to time.
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software development.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and RESTful APIs.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Desired: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps practices.
A master’s degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Development Studies, Statistics, Economics, or a closely related discipline is required.
Required are exceptional analytical capabilities, along with mastery of Microsoft Excel, data analysis tools, and report development.
Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in verbal and written communication, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in all interactions and correspondence.
Proven capacity to work autonomously while effectively prioritizing and overseeing various concurrent assignments.
Proficient in utilizing the ERP System for M&E data management constitutes a significant advantage.
