Each transcript must provide distinct details for every session, including the specific group interviewed (e.g., Children FGD Ages 7–12, Adult FGD Female Caregivers, or KIT Health Facility In-charge), the assigned AP name, the session date and location, the names of the facilitator and note-taker, as well as the total participant count.
Each response must be documented distinctly for every question, ensuring precise alignment with the corresponding discussion point. The transcript should adhere to the structured format of the FGD/KIT guide, organizing responses sequentially by question.
The consultant is responsible for conducting structured assessments, including administering the STAR Tangerine reading proficiency tool to 50 Grade 3 students per AP and accurately recording each individual response per question. Additionally, they must complete WV-designed Kobe tools for school WASH assessments across 20 schools per AP, health facility assessments at all designated facilities, and faith leaders’ CWB assessments. Each Kobe submission must include details such as the school, facility, or respondent, AP, date, and assessor. The consultant is further required to submit Kobe data to the NOD MEAL team in the format specified during orientation.
All audio files and transcripts must be safeguarded through secure storage and transmitted to the NO DMEAL team exclusively via WVK-approved secure digital platforms. Each audio file must remain available and be submitted concurrently with its corresponding transcript.
Field notes documenting non-verbal cues, group dynamics, and contextual observations are required to complement audio recordings for every Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and Key Informant Interview (KIT).
AIM PLUS seeks to conduct qualitative data collection for FY26, outlining the specific terms of reference for this initiative.
