What you’ll do:

In this Senior Sales & Customer Manager role, you will serve as the primary representative of the school to families and the broader community. Your contributions will be instrumental in expanding enrollment and ensuring an exceptional experience for students and parents, with responsibilities including the following:

Develop and implement DISC’s student recruitment strategy across all four campuses.

Lead the expansion of student enrollment and oversee the admissions process in its entirety, from initial inquiry to final enrollment.

Develop robust prospect pipelines by cultivating strategic partnerships and executing targeted outreach initiatives.

Facilitate parent involvement in educational programs while strengthening efforts to enhance student retention rates.

Monitor admissions data within the CRM system and compile key findings for management review.

Direct and oversee the local admissions and marketing team to ensure cohesive strategy execution and optimal performance.

Collaborate effectively with Heads of School to align on key enrollment objectives and strategic priorities.

Deliver a cohesive and impactful ENSO brand presence across all campus environments.

The successful applicant will possess the following qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Education Management, or a related field establishes a solid foundation for executing admissions strategies and advancing institutional growth initiatives.

With a minimum of five to seven years of professional experience in Sales, Admissions, Marketing, or Customer Relationship Management, candidates will play a pivotal role in advancing enrollment growth, optimizing the admissions pipeline, and delivering an exceptional experience for prospective families—from their initial engagement through to successful enrollment.

With a strong background in driving growth and optimizing conversion strategies, this role is pivotal in enhancing DISC’s enrollment initiatives, elevating conversion rates, and advancing the school’s enduring development goals.

Seasoned professionals with a proven track record in team leadership and stakeholder coordination are essential for driving the admissions function forward. This role demands the ability to collaborate seamlessly with academic and operational teams while maintaining strong alignment across departments to achieve shared objectives.

Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and digital marketing strategies is essential for effectively managing inquiries, monitoring admissions data, and enhancing outreach and visibility through online platforms.

Exceptional analytical abilities and proficiency with KPIs and reporting tools are essential for effectively tracking performance, uncovering key trends, and driving data-informed decisions to enhance admissions results.

Proven ability to communicate effectively and cultivate strong professional relationships is crucial for interacting with prospective families, upholding DISC’s reputation, and fostering trust among internal and external stakeholders.
