Seeking a candidate with a minimum of three years of relevant professional experience in a similar role, coupled with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools is a plus.

Proven expertise in data migration, system configuration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), end-user training, report generation, and post-deployment support is required.

Lead the comprehensive ERP implementation process from start to finish, collecting detailed business requirements, documenting current workflows, and verifying that the system aligns with manufacturing controls, inventory management protocols, costing methodologies, approval workflows, and reporting standards.

Coordinate data migration, user acceptance testing, and go-live activities, ensuring seamless transitions while fostering user adoption and maximizing system effectiveness. Provide comprehensive user training and deliver ongoing post-implementation support to maintain operational continuity and enhance user proficiency.

Monitor and enhance system performance while ensuring robust documentation and controls are maintained. Provide support for business reporting and analytics, and actively contribute to continuous ERP improvements to align with digital transformation goals.
