As a Manager within Deloitte’s Risk, Regulatory and Forensics practice, you will drive the execution of enterprise risk and financial crime engagements, collaborating closely with senior managers, directors, and partners to deliver high-impact, data-driven solutions for clients. Your responsibilities will encompass enterprise risk assessments, risk transformation initiatives, and financial crime advisory services. You will oversee the full engagement lifecycle, from initial scoping and strategic planning through delivery, reporting, team leadership, and project management.

Oversee comprehensive engagement protocols and client acceptance processes to ensure alignment with organizational standards and client expectations.

Oversee the comprehensive delivery of enterprise risk and financial crime projects from initiation to completion, guaranteeing efficient, high-quality outcomes, strong stakeholder engagement, and tailored support and guidance for team members throughout the process.

Provide strategic guidance to clients on mitigating and minimizing risks associated with financial crime, encompassing areas such as Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols, fraud prevention, and anti-corruption measures.

Cultivate and sustain robust connections with pivotal client decision-makers to articulate the firm’s value proposition, discern critical business priorities, and strategically promote the firm’s expanded service portfolio.

Assist the Partner/Associate Director in uncovering, cultivating, and securing new business prospects to drive growth and expand client relationships.

Regularly enhance your expertise in risk management and financial crime by keeping up with the latest regulatory changes, industry standards, and best practices, while actively engaging in pertinent professional forums.

Examine and convey emerging trends, market shifts, and critical performance indicators to both current and prospective clients, showcasing a deep comprehension of sector-specific conditions and the wider economic landscape.

Elevate the firm’s standing and market influence by spearheading high-impact initiatives in financial crime and enterprise risk management, thereby strengthening its reputation as a leading voice in the industry.

Facilitate strategic business development efforts aimed at broadening the financial crime and enterprise risk portfolio while fostering expansion of these solutions.

Proven expertise in enterprise risk and financial crime frameworks, complemented by hands-on experience in financial services and/or telecommunications environments.
