Maintain accurate and confidential disciplinary records by proficiently managing the ER tracker, ensuring information is easily retrievable for audits and informed decision-making.

Manages performance through goal setting, regular feedback, and evaluations to ensure employees meet and exceed expectations, fostering continuous improvement and accountability throughout the organization.
Oversee the planning and execution of performance review schedules along with all associated communications.

Academic Qualifications: Applicants must possess a relevant bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as education, psychology, or social sciences. Additionally, professional certifications or specialized training in areas like instructional design, curriculum development, or educational leadership may be required or advantageous.
