About the role
Strath more School invites applications from dedicated and skilled educators to fill the role of Mathematics and Science & Technology teacher within its Lower Primary faculty. The chosen applicant will be responsible for instructing students in Grades 1 through 3, with Mathematics serving as the core curriculum focus, complemented by Science and Technology lessons.
We seek an individual who demonstrates deep subject-matter expertise alongside a sincere passion for engaging with young learners, coupled with the skill to craft and deliver dynamic, developmentally suitable lessons.
Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of critical duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry best practices. Develop, implement, and refine strategies to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and overall performance. Manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability to drive project success and meet established deadlines. Analyze data, assess risks, and recommend improvements to optimize processes, mitigate challenges, and support informed decision-making. Serve as a liaison between departments, stakeholders, and leadership to facilitate seamless communication and alignment of goals. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, company policies, and quality benchmarks while upholding ethical and professional conduct.
Develop and execute engaging, high-quality Mathematics and Science & Technology lessons tailored for students in Grades 1 through 3.
Design engaging learning experiences that align with the Competency Based Curriculum (CBC) and foster student achievement.
Evaluate learner advancement consistently and deliver prompt feedback to foster development.
Ensure meticulous documentation of learners’ attendance patterns, academic progress, and overall growth to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement in educational outcomes.
Design and cultivate a classroom atmosphere that is welcoming, supportive, and intellectually engaging for all students.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to enhance student wellbeing and academic success.
Engage in school-related events, faculty gatherings, and ongoing professional growth initiatives to enhance your skills and contribute effectively to the educational community.

Desirable
