Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, team leadership, and operational efficiency to drive organizational success. Serve as the primary liaison between departments to facilitate seamless communication and project execution while overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned tasks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement solutions that enhance efficiency. Maintain accurate records, prepare detailed reports, and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards. Deliver comprehensive technical support for all hospital electrical systems and equipment as directed, encompassing both planned maintenance tasks and urgent, unplanned service requests.

Record all electrical activities and test outcomes in compliance with departmental guidelines and established procedures.

Respond to user department requests for Breakdown Maintenance (BDM) of systems and equipment in a timely manner, adhering strictly to established policies.

Ensure full and timely completion of all Preventive Maintenance (PPM) activities for electrical systems and equipment.

Act as a point of contact with user departments regarding maintenance operations and promptly escalate any arising issues to the supervisor for resolution.

We are responsible for executing recurring duties as part of this role. These tasks form a regular component of our operational framework and require consistent attention to detail. The position demands adherence to established protocols while ensuring efficiency in all assigned responsibilities. Candidates must demonstrate reliability and a commitment to maintaining high standards in their performance.

Coordinate and/or contribute to initiatives for special projects, including planning for the acquisition of new systems or equipment, as well as drafting bid specifications.

Create Preventative Maintenance schedules and guidelines in collaboration with the electrical supervisor.

Design and implement comprehensive safety protocols and specialized in-service training programs tailored to equipment and system operations, ensuring technicians and end-users receive the necessary education and guidance to maintain optimal safety standards.

Conduct incident investigations and analyze system and equipment performance as necessary.

Create, evaluate, or refine emergency and safety protocols concerning the utilization and functioning of electrical systems and equipment.

Requires expertise in financial modeling and risk assessment, with at least five years of relevant experience in a corporate finance or banking environment. Proficiency in advanced Excel and financial software is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills are necessary to present complex financial data clearly to stakeholders. A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field is required; an MBA or CFA designation is highly preferred. Knowledge of regulatory compliance and financial reporting standards is a must. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting is critical.

A diploma in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power Systems or an equivalent qualification is required.

A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience is required.

Proficiency in computer applications will be considered a valuable asset.

Proficient in the technical operation and maintenance of high-voltage/low-voltage distribution systems, switchgear and control mechanisms, diesel generators, steam boilers, as well as laundry and kitchen equipment.

Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal communication abilities, upholds unwavering integrity, exhibits consistent reliability, and possesses strong analytical and organizational proficiencies.
