Oversee the comprehensive management of student admissions, registration, and enrollment procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Address questions and concerns raised by prospective parents and guardians promptly and professionally.
Prospective parents are connected with appropriate class teachers or PT Leads to arrange scheduled appointments.
Responsible for maintaining and updating school information, student files, databases, and records to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Oversee the day-to-day functionality of office operations and implement efficient administrative processes.
Ensure adherence to institutional policies and applicable regulatory standards at all times.
Provide support in organizing school transportation, meal services, grounds maintenance, cleaning and sanitation, security, and any additional essential services as required.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++, is essential. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are critical. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to convey technical information effectively. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in full-stack development are highly advantageous. Additionally, prior experience in a leadership or mentoring role is preferred.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Education Administration, Office Management, or a comparable field is required.
Requires three to five years of administrative experience, ideally within an educational setting.
