We are seeking a candidate with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in a similar role. Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, are required to collaborate effectively within the team. Holds an accredited qualification in Early Childhood Development Education (ECD), whether a certificate, diploma, or degree, conferred by a reputable institution.

Required registration with the appropriate education authorities is mandatory.

Proficient in Competency-Based Education (CBE) methodologies and the Early Childhood Development and Education (ECD) curriculum.

Proficiency in teaching within an Early Childhood Development and Education (ECD) or pre-primary environment is highly desirable.
