Job Summary

This position serves as a critical driver in advancing the company’s strategic objectives at the branch level. Responsibilities include designing and executing high-impact business strategies to enhance revenue growth, profitability, market share, and client acquisition, while providing comprehensive oversight of all branch operations.

The position encompasses a range of key duties and responsibilities essential to the role. You will be responsible for executing tasks critical to operational success, collaborating closely with team members to achieve objectives. Additionally, you will manage specific functions, ensuring alignment with departmental goals while maintaining high standards of performance. The role requires adherence to established procedures, proactive problem-solving, and effective communication with stakeholders. Proficiency in relevant tools and systems, along with a commitment to continuous improvement, is expected.

Business Development (70%): Formulate and execute strategic plans to drive product expansion, identify and penetrate untapped markets, and actively engage in direct sales initiatives, including face-to-face meetings, email outreach, and telemarketing efforts.

Attend Board of Trustees (BOT) meetings to ensure strong client relations. Organize open forums to facilitate client engagement and address concerns. Additionally, identify opportunities to introduce and cross-sell supplementary products to current clients.

Strategic Planning (10%): Perform comprehensive SWOT analyses for each branch and establish strategic initiatives to uphold a sustainable competitive advantage within the department.

Coordinate daily office operations, oversee infrastructure maintenance, and optimize resource utilization to enhance administrative efficiency.

Team Leadership (5%): You will evaluate the performance of branch staff, ensure adherence to key performance indicators, oversee leave management processes, and determine training requirements to enhance team capabilities.

Risk & Compliance (5%): The role involves proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks while promptly escalating any significant issues to the line manager for resolution.

Seeking a candidate with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with proven experience in [specific industry/role].
