Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with organizational objectives while fostering team collaboration and accountability. Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed. Maintain compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices to mitigate risks and uphold quality standards. Serve as a liaison between departments to facilitate seamless communication and coordination, ensuring alignment with broader business goals. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to support professional growth and enhance overall productivity.

Regularly oversee the work of other employees, which may encompass a diverse workforce.

In collaboration with the Human Resources department, the incumbent is tasked with overseeing employee hiring and termination processes, as well as assessing and proposing career advancements, promotions, or other status modifications for direct reports.

Responsibilities include overseeing a team of 10 to 20 employees, with direct supervision provided by two or more subordinate managers.

This includes managing the care of ancillary buildings such as patron housing, a visitor’s center, the temple president’s residence, the Missionary Training Center (MTC), and area offices.

Maintain the established standards consistently, whether during periods of high visitor traffic or when the temple is not open to the public.

Ensures alignment with the objectives and priorities of roughly three to four key stakeholders, fostering clear communication and maintaining balanced relationships to meet their needs effectively.

Consistently oversee the performance and productivity of a diverse team of employees, which may encompass individuals with varying roles and backgrounds.

Providing on-site and remote training, coaching, and mentoring, you will enhance the Temple Facilities Services team’s job knowledge, skill levels, and overall performance.

Implement temple maintenance guides and materials while evaluating enhanced maintenance methods, systems, and equipment to ensure optimal facility upkeep.

Responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive annual plan, ensuring meticulous oversight and management of project and operational expenses, as well as the maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repair of electrical, mechanical, audiovisual, and computer systems.

Contributes to the conclusion of all project(s) by engaging in final close out procedures, such as preparing as-built drawings, managing documentation archiving, executing the close out process, issuing the letter of substantial completion, facilitating the warranty process, and providing a letter of recommendation.

Ensure that all projects strictly adhere to the specified design documents and meet the established standards requirements throughout the entire completion process.
