Possesses a solid commercial acumen coupled with a strong drive for achieving results and fostering growth.

Skilled in building rapport and instilling trust with key decision-makers to advocate for impactful initiatives and secure prompt resolution.

Demonstrates strong analytical expertise, with proficiency in demand forecasting and the formulation of pricing strategies.

Proficient in hotel distribution systems, encompassing OTA’s, GDS, and CRS platforms.

Successfully demonstrated capability in overseeing both rooms and MICE/event revenue streams.

Proven expertise in negotiation, along with strong judgment and decisive decision-making abilities.

A bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, finance, or a related discipline is required.

A minimum of two years’ experience in Revenue Management, preferably within a resort or hospitality setting on a large scale.

Demonstrated expertise in overseeing revenue generation for both guest accommodations and event spaces, including banquet and conference facilities.

Proficiency in utilizing revenue systems such as RMS, PMS, and channel managers is required.
