Seeking a highly skilled professional who possesses a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in the industry. The ideal candidate must demonstrate proficiency in key software tools, exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and demonstrate excellent communication skills. Additionally, the role requires the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities efficiently, and maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks.

A degree in Monitoring and Evaluation or Statistics is required for this position.

A minimum of five years of professional experience in monitoring and evaluation (M&E) is required, including at least three years in a senior or leadership position within the M&E field.

Professional experience in implementing non-profit or NGO initiatives within community-based environments is required, with a preference for prior involvement in Kenya.

Demonstrated expertise in overseeing monitoring and evaluation initiatives, with a strong ability to develop and enhance data collection and measurement tools.

Program teams receive support in leveraging data for purposes such as learning, informed decision-making, program adaptation, and donor reporting.

Demonstrated expertise in data analysis tools, including but not limited to SPSS, STATE, Excel, Power BI, or comparable software platforms, is essential.

Proficiency in utilizing mobile data collection platforms such as KoboToolbox, OK, Comm Care, or comparable systems is required.

Demonstrated expertise in qualitative research methods, encompassing skilled interviewing, narrative development, and the ability to discern nuanced insights beyond quantitative data.

Accomplished report writing abilities coupled with superior communication proficiency.
