Seeking a motivated individual with a minimum of three years of experience in the relevant field, preferably with a degree in a related discipline. Candidates must possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in industry-specific software, and excellent communication abilities. The ideal applicant will demonstrate a proven track record of meeting deadlines, working independently, and collaborating effectively in team settings. Additional requirements include a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Familiarity with local regulations and compliance standards is also essential.

A qualification in Monitoring and Evaluation or Statistics is required for this role.

Professionals must possess a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), including at least three years in a senior or leadership capacity within the M&E domain.

Proficient in qualitative methodologies, encompassing expert-level interviewing techniques, compelling narrative development, and the ability to discern intricate contextual insights that extend beyond mere numerical analysis.

Proficient in crafting comprehensive reports and articulating information with clarity and precision, ensuring effective communication across all levels of the organization.
