What you will do:
Spearhead advanced 5G and 4G Core and Cloud initiatives for Ericsson’s ICT industry clients, overseeing the entire engagement lifecycle—from initial scoping to final delivery.
Lead, motivate, and provide direction to both local and international teams to ensure timely project completion, boost financial performance, and drive ongoing improvements by implementing robust governance frameworks and rigorous project management controls.
Identify all key milestones and potential obstacles, then recommend and implement practical solutions. Proactively assess and mitigate risks while promptly raising and resolving any issues that arise.
Drive strategic change initiatives by collaboratively establishing the scope, budgetary, timeline, and quality impacts with key stakeholders to secure their alignment and endorsement.

Gather and refine industry-leading methodologies, then develop and disseminate knowledge resources to systematize delivery operations.

You should possess the following qualifications: a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, along with at least three years of hands-on experience in a similar role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills are essential. Additionally, you must demonstrate a keen attention to detail, the capacity to work effectively in a team, and a proactive approach to managing multiple tasks. Previous experience in project coordination or leadership roles would be highly advantageous.
A bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a closely related discipline is required for this position.
Minimum 6 years of experience in program management roles, with a focus on Core and Cloud delivery, is required.
Skilled in executing Network Function projects across physical, virtualized, and containerized environments.
Proficiency in streamlining test and deployment workflows is essential.

Proven proficiency in leveraging automation platforms and software management solutions, specifically JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint, is required.
