Infinite Talent Recruiters, a NEA-licensed recruitment firm headquartered in Nairobi, specializes in domestic placements within the hospitality, healthcare, construction, and logistics sectors, as well as international Gulf placements for Kenyan professionals. Additionally, the company is developing three AI-driven talent solutions tailored for the African market: an AI-powered Applicant Tracking System, an AI Resume Builder, and a Visa-Sponsored Job Board. Operating as a nimble, high-velocity team, this position will serve as a pivotal role in driving our expansion.

The Role

This role diverges from conventional sales or marketing positions, offering a distinct professional trajectory.

We seek a strategic thinker who designs and implements robust systems and streamlines automated workflows to minimize ongoing supervision. This individual will proactively assume full accountability for revenue performance, ensuring consistent and measurable outcomes.

Phase 1 (Months 1–3): Spearhead employer acquisition initiatives, transforming business development from a reactive to a proactive approach, while establishing a CRM system from the ground up. Additionally, develop and implement the operational framework essential for supporting both local and Gulf markets.

Phase 2, which begins in Month 3, involves advancing the go-to-market strategy for our three AI-driven talent solutions: the AI ATS, AI Resume Builder, and Visa-Sponsored Job Board.

What You’ll Do

Drive the complete employer acquisition lifecycle, overseeing every phase from initial prospect identification through to successful deal closure, ensuring a seamless and strategic approach to expanding our client base.

Develop and implement a strategic outbound outreach initiative targeting companies with active hiring needs throughout Kenya.

Skillfully engage prospective anchor clients within the hospitality, healthcare, and construction sectors to secure and finalize long-term retainer agreements.

Professionally select, configure, and manage the company’s CRM platform, including options such as Zoho, HubSpot, or High-level.

Create and execute systematic follow-up sequences tailored to each prospect to ensure consistent engagement and progress through the sales pipeline.

Develop and refine the entire employer onboarding process to enhance operational efficiency. Establish and cultivate strategic partnerships with Gulf-based manpower agencies to expand workforce solutions.

Compile weekly pipeline reports and KPI dashboards tailored for the CEO’s review.

Starting from the third month, the role will involve providing assistance for the initial commercial launch of all three AI talent products.

Your First 90 Days

During the initial month, the candidate will conduct a comprehensive audit of the current pipeline, establish the CRM system, develop a curated list of 200+ target employers, and commence outreach efforts.

Month two involves conducting comprehensive outreach efforts, successfully securing five employer clients, and identifying prospective Gulf-based agencies as targets.

Month 3 involves meeting acquisition targets, implementing AI-driven product outreach initiatives, and finalizing the six-month growth strategy.

What We’re Looking For

With a minimum of three years of experience in business development, sales operations, growth, or recruitment operations, you have successfully constructed or overseen the development of a CRM pipeline from the ground up.

Experienced with managing and driving revenue targets, ensuring strict accountability through weekly performance reviews.

A systematic thinker who thoroughly documents workflows, identifies inefficiencies, and develops effective solutions.

Effective communication skills are essential, demonstrated through the ability to craft compelling cold emails that consistently yield responses.

A background in recruitment, HR technology, SaaS, or BPO would be considered beneficial.

Based in Nairobi, the candidate must be available for full-time, on-site work.

If you require a pre-built infrastructure for immediate implementation, seek pipelines focused solely on inbound data processing, or feel uneasy with weekly performance reviews grounded in data analysis, this position may not align with your preferences.

Compensation is provided at an annual salary of $75,000, inclusive of a comprehensive benefits package comprising health, dental, and vision insurance, along with a retirement savings plan with company contributions. Eligibility for performance-based bonuses up to 10% of the base salary is also included, contingent upon meeting predetermined objectives. Additionally, the role offers generous paid time off, including 15 vacation days, 10 paid holidays, and 5 personal days annually.

Component Details

A monthly salary ranging between KES 80,000 and KES 120,000 is offered for this position.

We offer a signing bonus of KES 5,000 for each successfully onboarded client.

Placements Commission: A 5% fee is applied to all placement fees generated through your network or pipeline.

Gulf Partnership offers a signing bonus of KES 15,000 for each successfully executed agency Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).

A quarterly performance bonus of KES 30,000 will be awarded if quarterly targets are surpassed.

Consistently exceeding Month 3 performance benchmarks results in a monthly compensation ranging from KES 130,000 to KES 180,000.

A performance-based salary adjustment will be implemented following a 90-day review period.

As a Growth & Revenue Operator, you will initially serve as Senior Growth Lead from Month 3 to Month 9, followed by an elevation to Head of Employer Growth from Month 9 to Month 18.
