Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Commerce, Communications, or a closely related discipline is required.
Seeking professionals with 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in B2B sales, business development, or strategic partnerships to drive growth initiatives.
Demonstrated success in converting leads and driving revenue expansion.
Seasoned in directing or mentoring sales teams, with a proven track record of driving team performance and achieving sales targets. Adept at fostering a collaborative environment, identifying individual strengths, and cultivating a results-driven culture to maximize productivity and revenue growth. Strong leadership skills combined with strategic planning capabilities to guide teams toward consistent success in competitive markets.
Proven expertise in customer relationship management, pipeline oversight, and sales reporting is required.
Seasoned in providing solutions to corporate entities, small and medium-sized enterprises, non-governmental organizations, educational institutions, logistics firms, and large-scale enterprise clients.
Demonstrates exceptional abilities in negotiation, presentation, and relationship management.
